Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?

Every print is made to order especially for you, so there are two stages: production and delivery. Production usually takes 2–4 business days, then your print is dispatched. As a guide, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch, and international orders within 5–12 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods can add a little time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the UK and worldwide. Your print is produced at a facility close to your delivery address wherever possible, which keeps delivery faster and the carbon footprint lower.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the size of your print, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Taxes are already included in the price shown.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a dispatch email with tracking (where available) once your print is on its way.

The prints

What is a giclée art print?

A giclée (pronounced "zhee-clay") is a premium fine-art print produced on a high-resolution printer using pigment inks on heavyweight archival paper — the same standard used by galleries and museums. Every Boogie Studio piece is a museum-quality, giclée-style art print on 250gsm acid-free paper, so the colour, detail and longevity are a big step up from a standard poster.

What's the difference between a giclée print and a normal art print or poster?

A standard poster is usually printed on thin, low-cost paper that fades over time. A giclée-style art print like ours uses thicker archival paper and fade-resistant inks, so it looks richer, feels more premium and lasts for decades without yellowing — closer to owning a piece of gallery art than a throwaway poster.

What paper are the prints made on?

Museum-quality, gallery-grade paper: Master's Edition matte, uncoated, 250gsm (110lb), acid-free so it won't yellow over time, and FSC-certified for sustainability. Built to last a lifetime on your wall.

Do the prints come framed?

Prints are sold unframed. They're produced in standard sizes so they fit widely available, off-the-shelf frames — making it easy and affordable to frame them your way.

What sizes can I choose?

Most pieces come in A2, A1 and A0. A selection of pieces are offered in square formats up to 100×100cm. The available sizes are shown on each product page.

Will the colours exactly match my screen?

We colour-calibrate every print, but screens vary, so there can be very slight differences between what you see on your device and the final print. The quality and richness will not disappoint.

Returns & damages

What's your returns policy?

Because every print is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your size and selection before ordering — and if you're unsure, just ask me first.

My print arrived damaged or faulty — what now?

I stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, I'll put it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I'll sort it straight away.
