Returns & Refunds

At Boogie Studio, every print is made to order especially for you. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will put it right straight away with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just email us at sales@boogie-studio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You will not need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To return an unused print in its original condition, email sales@boogie-studio.com within that period and we will share return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days and email you to confirm.
