Refund policy

At Boogie Studio, every print is made to order especially for you. Here's how returns and refunds work.

 

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll put it right straight away with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just email sales@boogie-studio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won't need to send anything back.

 

Changed your mind? Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To return an unused print in its original condition, email sales@boogie-studio.com within that period and we'll share return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back.

 

Refunds: Once your return or claim is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days and email to confirm.
